With Monday night’s premiere of Office Christmas Party at N.Y.C.’s Sunshine Theater, we think it’s safe to say the holiday movie season has officially begun.

Jennifer Aniston, who portrays a CEO in the film, arrived on the red carpet clad in a gorgeous black Brandon Maxwell jumpsuit that featured a one-shoulder neckline, wide legs, and a small ruffle detail on the bodice (get a similar black jumpsuit from Revolve, here).

The designer himself took to Instagram to praise the look on Aniston: “One of my favorite pieces on one of my favorite women!” he captioned the photo. “Beautiful #jenniferaniston wears our FW16 wave jumpsuit to the premiere of her new film #officechristmasparty tonight in N.Y.C.”

Aniston was joined on the red carpet by co-stars Olivia Munn, Jason Bateman, and T.J. Miller, to celebrate the premiere of their film, which is about, yes, an office Christmas party that goes a little haywire—and we’re talking levels above Michael Scott’s Christmas party antics on The Office.

Aniston’s character is the interim CEO of a company owned by her father and the movie’s plot centers around her threatening to shut down her brother’s branch of the organization. The brother (portrayed by Miller) then enlists co-workers (Bateman and Munn) to throw an office Christmas party for the ages to impress a potential investor and save the branch from closing down. Everything seems to go as planned … until it doesn’t.

“I did work in an office, but I don’t think I went to any office parties,” Aniston said at the premiere, according to People. “I was too young. I was a teenager—after-school receptionist.” And we imagine any Christmas party she would have gone to would not have turned out like the one in her movie. Watch the trailer here:
